Alex Stein, owner and founder of Events by Alex, assists busy, modern-day brides in realizing their authentic wedding visions, while working with them to establish and maintain a harmonious balance between their everyday life and wedding planning responsibilities. Her innovative approach to wedding planning is specifically designed to overcome the challenges and demands confronting today's bride.
Before venturing out of her own, Alex worked as the Party Manager for Sweet & Sassy in Plano, Texas, where she supervised all parties and event. In her position, she maintained a staff of 20-25 employees, created the training manual for party coordinators, , and was instrumental in designing, planning, and executing the Plano franchise's grand opening.
While earning her wedding and event planning certification (C.W.E.P.) from the Wedding Planning Institute (W.P.I.), she interned for Todd Event Design Creative Services, where she collaborated with respected industry professionals and acquired hands-on experience in the high-end wedding and event industry. Soon after, Alex took the leap and started her own business, Events by Alex. Since then, she has been featured in D Weddings' "Ask the Expert" and chosen as 1 of 12 competitors in The 1st Annual Wedding Games, a worldwide wedding design competition, hosted by the Wedding and Event Institute (W.E.I.).
